As professional trainer and fitness enthusiast Bradley Simmonds strives to achieving better every day and improving his personal best is a core goal during training.
This year Bradley has been using the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 to keep track of his timings. He won’t know his personal best until the day itself but will make sure he does all he can to get the results he want. Here are Bradley’s guidelines:
-Train consistently and use the Connected Modular 45 to time miles, ensuring he improves his speed every time
-Stretching and keeping the body mobile, with a focus on hip flexors, quads and hamstrings
-Fuel his body with a balance of carbs, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals with ample hydration
Training is absolutely crucial for running any marathon but just as much attention should be paid to the mind. Remaining focus and motivated is what will push you through to the finish line.
