Bradley Simmonds: Training for the Virgin Money London Marathon with Bucherer UK & TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45

Training for the Virgin Money London Marathon hasn’t been easy for many. The beast from the east made running outside almost impossible, with temperatures close to freezing. Nevertheless, as  the snow cleared up, Bradley was back on the streets of London back into the swing of things.

The TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 can definitely make getting back into training a lot more enjoyable and convenient as you can do so much with it.

By using the Google maps feature Bradley has been able to change up routes, keeping him motivated and entertained; there is nothing more tedious than the same old sites. As humans we tend to do things by habit so it is easy to run the same routes, having the maps app conveniently on your wrist is the best reminder to keep changing running routes.

Another feature that comes in handy is PayPal; Bradley often travels to a client or meeting in someone else’s car or on the train and runs back, so he has to travel light.  With PayPal on your wrist, you  can still make buy things like lunch or water at the end of the run. It’s convenience like this that makes running 14 miles or so a lot easier.

Despite these great features, running long distance requires a lot of mental strength especially when it isn’t your go to sport, for Bradley swiping onto the calendar in the midst of the run is a good reminder of how close the marathon day is.
